My Practice and Services
Practical & Cost Effective Legal Solutions
As the (in)famous saying goes, "If you've been injured in an accident, call me."
I have been both a plaintiff's lawyer, representing the injured party seeking compensation, and a defense lawyer, usually hired by an insurance company to defend the party being sued. Accordingly, I understand how both sides view evaluate cases and will strive to reach the most reasonable and fair resolution in a just amount of time.
If you suffer an accident, the owner of the property of where the accident occurred may be responsible for your damages. Owners of a property have a duty to keep their property safe for those who enter onto it.
Whether you are the person injured on the property or are a property owner interested in how to protect yourself from potential personal injury claims, I may be of service to you.
As the (in)famous saying goes, "If you've been injured in an automobile accident, call me."
If you drive, you will inevitably be involved in an automobile accident, hopefully, it is not too serious. However, when it rains it pours. I've had three separate clients who were involved in a second auto accident within 2 years of their first auto accident. Talk about bad luck.
If you've been involved in an auto accident, call me and hopefully, together we can turn your bad luck around.
I enjoy construction litigation because of the many life lessons to be learned from each and every case. Construction law involves disputes by and between property owners, developers, architects, general contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Due to the many parties involved, construction litigation is long, expensive, and can be rather complicated. However, my motto is to make complicated things simple and not make simple things complicated. I'm more than willing to take on your cause and fight for your rights or, better yet, to provide counsel to avoid a construction dispute from even arising.
Along with breach of contract-the failure to fulfill an obligation under an agreement-there are many other claims a party may raise. Breach of implied contract, breach of warranty, partial performance, promissory estoppel, unjust enrichment, fraud, fraud in the inducement, and so on. Similarly, there just as many defenses and counterclaims the opposing party may raise, such as lack of consideration, lack of mutual understanding, mistake, failure of condition precedent, and so on.
I am willing to assist you in your breach of contract dispute or, even better, to consult with you before you enter the contract to avoid and/or minimize any costly misunderstandings.
"Sometimes the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry."
Robert Burns, 1785.
Unfortunately, business relationships, even familial ones, and the agreements and deals they make sometimes do not work out. At those moments, lawyers are retained to clean and clear up the misunderstandings, disagreements, and salvage what's left of the business and its assets. I have resolved business and familial litigation suits through painstaking efforts and negotiations, often at sums surprising to all involved. What others may view as requiring millions of dollars to resolve, I have done it for millions less. Let me know if I and my legal tactics and strategies may be of service to you.
